Rosemary

Rosemary is a highly aromatic herb that is often used in traditional Mediterranean cuisine, adding an astringent taste which complements a wide variety of ingredients. Use rosemary to add flavour to oven roasted potatoes, homemade bread, tomato sauces and soups, roast lamb and oily fish. Rosemary is also used in stuffing, apple jams and jellies.
